Meditation and yoga became essential for me in order to calm my mind and settle my nerves. The best part of both of them is that you can do them on your own and they are completely free.
For meditation, when you wake up in the morning, just sit for 10 minutes and observe your breath. You can also Google meditation techniques and find one that feels comfortable to you.
For yoga, do the minimum of 1 Sun Salutation A daily. You can Google this and find many videos.
